Chicago Cubs to Build All-Inclusive Club at Wrigley Field — MLB FanHouse

Ricketts has plenty of plans to improve the park, but up first he’d like to make some changes to the luxury suites. While he’s renovating two of the luxury boxes in the park into one large ownership suite, there are also plans to build an all-inclusive club for season-ticket holders.

The suite will be located along the left-field line and accomodate 71 season-ticket holders, and all for the low, low cost of $300 a game. Now that seems like quite a lot of money to spend on season tickets — and it is as the total of $24,300 for one season — but it’s actually being built with the intent of helping out smaller businesses.
